What to Expect at the Farm

McCorkle Family Farms is where the joys of autumn come alive! As you prepare for a memorable season filled with pumpkin picking and exciting fall activities, our local pumpkin patch promises a unique experience for everyone. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by friendly faces and the warmth of our community, making it the perfect destination for families looking to celebrate the season together.
1. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, or cash.
2. Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but no alcohol. We will have a roasting pit available if you want to bring hot dogs or something you can cook on a stick. We have plenty of picnic tables, so don’t worry about having a place to eat.
3. Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, we already have plenty of animals on the farm! We do not allow any animals on the farm other than registered guide dogs.
4. Are there restroom facilities?
Yes. We have full-service restrooms, as well as an ADA and family restroom.
5. Can I buy tickets ahead of time?
Sorry we are not set up for that this year, but we have plenty of space and will be able to get you in the door quickly!
6. Is there a mother’s room?
Yes, we have a private room available for mothers.
7. Is parking included?
Yes, we have free parking and have a limited amount of large vehicle parking.
8. Can I drop my kids off?
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
9. Does admission include a pumpkin?
No, but we have multiple different pumpkins available to purchase including pick your own.
10. What should I wear?
Anything that is comfortable for the weather that day. If you plan on picking pumpkins you may want to wear pants, as pumpkin plants are just a bit pokey.
11. Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
We have made as much of the farm as we can handicap accessible, including bathrooms. However, we are a working farm and all of the paths are gravel or grass.
12. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, If your party is over 20 people give us a call to discuss.
